Health Checker at datatables.org is dead

Not sure where to report it, but Health Checker gives WSOD at: http://www.datatables.org/healthchecker/

I've tried to report it at forum, but the posting form doesn't load either: https://developer.yahoo.com/forums/#/post/discussion
in every browser when trying to add New Discussion (probably because of Firefox - 'Load denied by X-Frame-Options', Chrome - 'Refused to display' errors in JS console).
