Now reflects that Chapter 1 is a great historical overview to modern set theory; also, that the rest is incredibly dense high-level material.

A three-volume collection spanning over 2000 pages, this is the de facto reference compendium for modern set theory.
This text is meant for the professional researcher; I have seen postdocs and above learning out of material in here. I recommend reading this if Jech doesn't provide the depth and complexity desired; this is possible but highly unlikely at the undergraduate level.

Chapter 1, Kanamori's introduction, is one of the few great historical overviews of modern set theory out there, complete with motivation; it is accessible to anyone familiar with one of the intermediate texts in foundations (if a bit long).

Otherwise, I recommend reading this if Jech doesn't provide the depth and complexity desired; this is possible but highly unlikely at the undergraduate level.
