UI changes for Admin part of Alert configurations :

  1. Alert configuration
    a. Target = All universe -> Do not show universe list dropdown
    b. Rename Destinations => Destination
    c. All dropdown - default select with label should be changed
    d. Pre-fill default conditions depending on metrics selection

  2. Alert tabs label changes as per mock

  3. Show the counts on listing of Alert Groups, Alert Destinations

  4. Enable Platform Alert

  5. For the Email channel we have two flags - defaultSmtpSettings , which allows to take default SMTP settings from the platform configuration, and defaultRecipients , which allows to take recipients from the same configuration. The second flag is missing on UI .
