Treeview loading animated gif improved

I've created a new treeview-loading.gif that blends better with the rest of the default treeview skin and looks better on non-white backgrounds.

YUI 2 is in maintenance mode and will only receive critical bug fixes, but we might be able to use this in the upcoming YUI 3 TreeView widget.

Thank you for this pull request! YUI 2 is now in maintenance mode, so no future updates are planned and only critical fixes will be considered. That said, this pull request is a valuable way of sharing workarounds and patches.
