adding a second picture to a collection is failing

Describe the bug

on, a fresh install,
creating a collection : OK
adding a picture in pixelfed: OK

addiing this picture in the collection : KO

Context

• Hardware: VPS
• Yunohost version:

Steps to reproduce

• If the error occurs in your browser, explain what you did:
  1. Go to https://pic.krashboyz.org/
  2. register an account
  3. create a public collection
  4. create a post to add a new picture: photo_1
  5. goto the collection
  6. add the photo_1 to the collection
  7. create a second post to add a second picture: photo_2
  8. goto the collection
  9. add the photo_2 to the collection , collection page say: 2 photos
  10. refresh the page: collection page say: 1 photo, photo_2 is not in the collection
  11. goto profile, and then go back to collection: collection page say: 1 photo, photo_2 is not in the collection

Expected behavior

adding new pictures in a collection

Logs

When an operation fails, YunoHost provides a simple way to share the logs.
i find nothing in the logs explaining/describing the error, i searched in those locations and during the process:

tail -f /var/log/nginx<pixelfed_ndd>-*.log
tail -f /var/log/supervisor/supervisord.log
tail -f /var/log/pixelfed/pixelfed-horizon.log

same issue with version: 0.11.4~ynh2

after maintenance for upgrading mastodon, i needed to reboot.
i can see all pictures in the collection.

Then à created an other collection, and tried to add two pictures in it. Again, i can see only one.
I really don't understand what is bugging :/

That's very strange… I don't know how to debug it…
Maybe you should file a bug report in Pixelfed repository ? (please link that issue in this bug report so we can follow it)
