+
+This is just a Python package containing code from Daniele Varrazzo's
+[psycogreen][].
+

+## Installation
+
+    pip install gevent_psycopg2
+
+
+## Usage
+
+Before attempting to connect to the database:
+
+    import gevent_psycopg2; gevent_psycopg2.monkey_patch()
+
+This has been manually confirmed to work with Django, when using psycopg2 as
+the database backend.
+
