Call log shows only orga infos on event, not on site load

Infos:

• Used Zammad version: 2.5
• Installation method (source, package, ..): deb
• Operating system: ubuntu 16.04
• Database + version: postgres
• Elasticsearch version: not working because Autocomplete hangs on dot in the new user form #2058
• Browser + version: chrome

Expected behavior:

• call event shows userinfos with organization infos in the parentheses, like:
  Testuser (Testorga)
  +49123456789

Actual behavior:

• The infos over the orga is missing on site reload. On call event the resolving works
  Testuser
  +49123456789

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• make an call with an user in the system with all information specially organiszation
• the call log show the organization in the parentheses
• reload the page, like F5 or something
• only the user is resolved not the organisation

Yes I'm sure this is a bug and no feature request or a general question.
