Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.1/stable
  • Installation method (source, package, ..): any
  • Operating system: any
  • Database + version: any
  • Elasticsearch version: any
  • Browser + version: verified on Google Chrome v94

Expected behavior:

Sorting within group_by does work without issues.

Actual behavior:

Alphabetical order is no longer working. Zammad throws dice.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • have 3 tickets with different e.g. customers
  • group_by customer in your overview - also works with groups

Yes I'm sure this is a bug and no feature request or a general question.
