Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1
  • Installation method (source, package, ..): all
  • Operating system: all
  • Database + version: all
  • Elasticsearch version: all
  • Browser + version: all

Expected behavior:

  • If you activate the setting 'ui_ticket_zoom_sidebar_article_attachments', you get another sidebar tab which shows all attachments of a ticket. It should only show unique attachments

Actual behavior:

  • Currently there are duplicate attachments displayed.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Enable sidebar attachments Setting.set('ui_ticket_zoom_sidebar_article_attachments', true)
  • Add some articles with the same attachment
  • Check sidebar attachments

Yes I'm sure this is a bug and no feature request or a general question.
