Admin SLA index view does not show update time if "for agent respond" is selected #4033

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1
  • Installation method (source, package, ..): all
  • Operating system: all
  • Database + version: all
  • Elasticsearch version: all
  • Browser + version: all
  • Ticket#10103720

Expected behavior:

  • Index should show the correct sla configured

Actual behavior:

  • If you configure update time then reaction time is displayed falsely

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Go Admin -> SLA
  • Configure new SLA with Update Time "for agent respond"
  • Read the description in the overview index which shows reaction time instead of update time

Yes I'm sure this is a bug and no feature request or a general question.
