Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1
  • Installation method (source, package, ..): all
  • Operating system: all
  • Database + version: all
  • Elasticsearch version: all
  • Browser + version: all
  • Ticket#10104931, Ticket#10105127

Expected behavior:

  • Multiple migrations of microsoft365 channels should be possible.

Actual behavior:

  • Second migration returns error:

StatusCode: 500
undefined method `options' for nil:NilClass

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Add 2 microsoft 365 channels.

Yes I'm sure this is a bug and no feature request or a general question.
