Inline images are not resized during the usage of the editor

Environment

• Installation method: any
• Operating system (if you're unsure: cat /etc/os-release ): any
• Database + version: any
• Elasticsearch version: any
• Browser + version: any

Actual behaviour

Currently, the added inline images inside the new editor in the mobile view are not resized.

This could lead to huge images that are saved and transferred during every form updater request.

Expected behaviour

Inline images should be automatically resized like in the current desktop app.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

• Create a ticket or an article reply.
• Add in inline image to the body.
• See the size of the image in the browser console.
• Do the same on the mobile view and compare the image sizes.
