Broken link to Twitter/X documentation

Environment

• Installation method: package
• Operating system (if you're unsure: cat /etc/os-release ): Debian 10
• Database + version: MariaDB 10.11.3
• Elasticsearch version: 7.17.14
• Browser + version: firefox 118

Actual behaviour

When clicking on the link for the Twitter/X documentation a 404 error appears because the link is broken

Expected behaviour

I expected a functional link to the following site: https://admin-docs.zammad.org/en/latest/channels/twitter-x/twitter.html

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Go to "Settings" -> "Channels" -> "Twitter" -> "Connect Twitter App" and click on the link for the documentation page.
