Integrate LD-VOWL as a plugin

Add https://github.com/VisualDataWeb/LD-VOWL as a plugin which automatically loads the configured /query SPARQL endpoint of trifid.

But what would this load? Can't simply load all content in an endpoint

LD-VOWL does lazy inspect the endpoint and show the top 20 classes.

Victor had some concerns regarding how useful this will be on our data, the example does not look super helpful so far.

Can we quantify this ? What is our data?

I see the biggest advantage of having it bundled with Trifid as a standard and pointing to /query of the endpoint.
Other:

• a bit tweaked basic settings (if possible from the trifid config)
• potentially a common design like yasgui (would need to switch trifid to the zazuko design first though)

It seems that WebVOWL has a part of JAVA Backend. First we would need to heavily refactor WebVOWL to be browser only.
