Include Kotlin docset

iirc, Dash supports the Kotlin docset out of the box but it does not appear to be available in Zeal's list of Available docsets.

fwiw, it looks like there are kotlin docsets hosted here:

• https://github.com/sirlantis/kotlin-docset (original, outdated)
• https://github.com/rojiani/kotlin-docset (forked ^ and updated)

I discovered a post on the Zeal Google Group that says we should use the user contributed docset: I suppose this should be closed then.

It looks like the issue to add user contributed docsets is #170 so closing in favor of that.
