Placeholder for an issue I will fix.
I don't believe we need or want a singleton registry for all AbstractStandalone view helpers (HeadLink, HeadMeta, HeadScript, HeadStyle, HeadTitle). If the view helpers are properly obtained from the ViewHelperManager, they should maintain their own container not backed by a singleton registry.
