翻译中文 v1.0.2 新增的术语

CSL v1.0.2 准备即将发布，而且 locales 中新增了一些术语。我翻译了其中一部分，还有几个暂时找不到合适的词语。@redleafnew 有空帮我检查一下吗？

这个链接中提到“special section是某一期用一部分版面发特稿”，所以这个 special section 应该指的是“一部分版面”，用特稿应该也勉强可以吧。

我也没有碰到过。

这里的 working paper 应该是特指 paper working in progress，第一个链接中的描述不太准确，应该是第二个链接中“Working Papers are pre-publication versions of academic articles, book chapters, or reviews.” 但是翻译为“工作文件”就很像是机翻的，完全没有“正在进行中”的意思。

3. Specification 中对 song 的描述还特意备注了 “Can be used for any audio recording (not only music)”，而且翻译的原文也是 audio recording。

4. Specification 中的描述是 “A review of an item other than a book (e.g. a film review, posted peer review of an article)”。film review 应该是影评，很少见到影片的综述；peer review 指的是同行评审。综合起来用“评论”更合适。综述更适合“survey”这个词。
5. 感觉“书章“这个词不怎么常见，确实“章节”更好。
6. Specification 中的描述是 “A video or visual recording”。另外我还查了一下，motion picture 几乎是 film, movie 的同义词，但是，而“动画”对应的是“animation”。这两者在英文中似乎比较接近，但是在中文的语境下感觉“动画”特指“卡通动画”一类的。

“woking paper” 我决定译成“手稿”，跟 “manuscript” 一致，这样比较简单一些。

另外我已经在 citation-style-language#242 提交了 PR。
