login in topnav of bootstrap do not work #2730

I can not login via the fields in the top nav menu. There is one field requesting the email. But email is not configured. Also the login with the user name is not working.

In the same time the login block is requesting the user name.

Tested in 1.4.2 ci build 48

It never worked. It was only ever intended as an example.

I vote for deleting this example.

If there is an example it should work or the example is a bad one ;-)

I didn't make the example. I requested to have the entire theme removed but was overruled.

ok, I understand. I really like the boostrap theme as a basic for creating an individual one.

When the extension library becomes stable (http://zikula.org/library/) it would be a great place to outsource this theme.

Will have a look if I can remove this login section. Than we cann discuss if it should remain or will be deleted.
