It seems while upgrading from previous version to 2.0.0, the upgrade script is checking for writable userdata directory which is already moved in web/uploads directory.

I think this is happening because upgrade script is taking value of datadir from app/config/custom_parameters.yml which has old value

please correct this issue. So that users get smooth upgrade process.

I have noticed latest release of Zikula i.e 2.0.0 and was in the process of updating our package to 2.0.0. However I am stuck while upgrading from previous version i.e 1.4.6

I have referred UPGRADE-2.0.md file present in the root of zikula package which states to copy all the data from "userdata" to "web/uploads" directory and then deleting all the previous files and directory. However when I visit {URL to Zikula}/upgrade it is giving error as "userdata/ directory must be writable" which has already been deleted.

@softaculous this is corrected by altering the upgrade instructions. you can do this with version 2.0.0 by simply following the upgrade instructions here:

https://github.com/zikula/core/blob/master/UPGRADE-2.0.md

these will be released with 2.0.1 but the process is exactly the same.
