Description
The claims module is part of the Evmos [Rektdrop](https://evmos.blog/the-evmos-rektdrop-abbe931ba823) and aims to increase the distribution of the network tokens to a large number of users.
remove reason: currently, we do not have this airdrop activity. If there is, we should also rewrite one based on the business needs of our airdrop activity.
The latest EVMOS branch has also removed this module. evmos/evmos#2084
