This package adds the editing of dynamic fields to the dialog for setting a ticket's customer (AgentTicketCustomer).

Prerequisites

  • Znuny 7.0

Installation

  • Use the online repository Znuny Open Source Add-ons from the package manager to install the add-on.
  • From the command line use the command bin/znuny.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install https://addons.znuny.com/public/:Znuny-CustomerViewDynamicFields.

Configuration

The dynamic fields can be activated via the new SysConfig option Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketCustomer###DynamicField.
