With this extention you will be able to add external links to the Znuny agent and customer navigation bar.
Prerequisites
- Znuny 7.0
Installation
Download the package and install it via admin interface -> package manager or use the Znuny Open Source repository.
Configuration
Via SysConfig-Settings
SysConfig -> Znuny-ExternalURLJump -> Frontend::Agent::ModuleRegistration
SysConfig -> Znuny-ExternalURLJump -> Frontend::Customer::ModuleRegistration
Just update:

Name: Your Link Name

Link: URL=http://host/some_page.html (only URL param)
