This package adds a random ticket number generator like it was included in OTRS before version 6.
Configuration
To activate the generator, the module Kernel::System::Ticket::Number::Random must be selected in the SysConfig option Ticket::NumberGenerator.

- Znuny 6.2.x
Installation
Download the package and install it via admin interface -> package manager.
