Extends the web user agent module of OTRS and allows (among other things) to define URLs/hosts for which a configured proxy should not be used.
Prerequisites
- Znuny LTS 6, ((OTRS)) Community Edition 6 or OTRS 6
- Znuny4OTRS-Repo
Installation
Download the package and install it via admin interface -> package manager or use Znuny4OTRS-Repo.
Configuration
- Configure exceptions for proxy usage via SysConfig. Add the domains which should not be accessed by a proxy to the setting
WebUserAgent::NoProxy. See documentation of the package for further information.
