As Zowe developer (Zoe), I would like to disable certificate validation in the APIML so I can quickly try onboarding of a service without complete certificate setup.

Acceptance criteria:

1. There is an option that can be turned on on command-line for GW and DS and it will disable the certificate validation

Note:

• There is already an option for it, the story is about documenting it
• -D option is enough, this does not need to be easy
• Depends on Zowe - APIML - HTTPS south-bound edge - Discovery Service access is protected by HTTPS client certificates (in APIML) #74
