Make it more clear that a full version of Q3Test 1.07 exists

.. because @coltongit is OCD

There is no reason to duplicate the 1.06 pak0.pk3 when 1.07 just
adds a patch pak1.pk3.

Thanks for letting me know @zturtleman. I thought Q3T 1.07 had a different pak0. Thanks for clearing my confusion about it as well.
