Azure Alert incoming webhook

We received a user request for an integration with Azure Alert (https://azure.microsoft.com/pl-pl/blog/webhooks-for-azure-alerts/), which looks like it may be useful and relatively simple. @mateuszmandera , can you please give more context in the issue as to what the structure (subject, body) of the webhook message should be? Also do I need to integrate only resource based logs?
