Cannot change notification settings on newly subscribed stream

To reproduce:

1. Go to "Manage streams" page
2. Subscribe to a new stream from the "All Streams" tab
3. Click back to the "Subscribed" tab, noting that the new stream appears
4. Click on the stream — you don't get the settings or the email address:
