This prevents the overflow of tooltips on hovering over buddy list, fixes zulip#21119.

Merged, after replacing the "UI-improvement" commit message prefix, which we don't use anywhere. Generally the prefix should be the name of the component being modified. |

This solves the issue #21119 for overflow of tooltip content of Buddy List in case of longer 1 word names.
