intermediary update
additions:
- standard output console that logs info about crouch kick inputs (for testing and debugging, not to be used in runs)
- speedometer is now visible in while embarked on BT and during no-hud sequences like Timestop (ENC3) and Escape (TFW)
fixes:
- some improvements for crouch kick consistency
- fixed automatic jump when uncrouching after sliding off a ledge
known ckf bugs:
- sending crouch kick inputs without the console open will cause it to not output when opening
- game will sometimes freeze when closing
