option: Don't apply rmtrailingws in case of timed autosave #2850

This can get handy in case someone uses rmtrailingws including autosave > 0 and has some longer AFK sessions after the space at the EOL was already inserted.

The options are adapted accordingly.

This reverts commit f395c6a.

Since zyedidia/micro#2850 got merged, the
removal of trailing spaces is not triggered by the autosave anymore,
only by manual saves.

Now it's safe to restore this configuration.
