Too many projects are being submitted early by accident due to accidental clicks of the "Submit for Audit" button. Of course one can say "be careful", but nonetheless mistakes are still happening. This is resulting in delays in audits due to people not being ready, and as a consequence, people on audit-lists are invariably "audit-blocked". A better solution is to design the platform in such a way that guides / directs / safeguards... and for this there is a very simple solution.
