This page isn't working showed up when clicking sign out

When I click sign out from Twitter webview page, it seems like it redirects to Twitter App and then back to webview again, and when I click sign out again, This page isn't working is showed up, maybe because this page is already signed out but not reload, so it leads to this error. This issue only happens if Twitter app is installed.
