What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the software 
2. Extract the software
3. Try to run the soft. cd cousebuilder; python main.py

webob, webapp2, jinja2, google.appengine.api,  etc

The README file mentions App Engine and also contains a link to the wiki entry 
containing explicit instructions for modifying, testing and deploying the code. 
 That said, we did add some labels to the project to hopefully make things 
clearer: AppEngine, Python, Education and Academic.

I think is a little unusual for a software project to don't include the
software dependencies, but I the link to the wiki page should be all right.
