Leveraging continuous integration tools, like TravisCI or CircleCI lets us build, lint, and test our code (among many other possible steps).

We can leverage the TravisCI example from Rust docs or building a Rust project from TravisCI.com.

Note that if Supernova is a public repo, we should be able to get free CI builds at no cost.
