The 18F UX Guide is under construction and is getting looked at by the content and UX teams. Members of the product design chapter worked along side @nicoleslaw to come up with an outline to reflect our product design practices.
This ticket is to serve as a repo for follow up work on Define product design goals for UX guide Part 1 and [Outline product design goals for research practices Part 2]. To add content, what this section could look like if we wanted to use this space to document 18F product design practices.

Goals of this ticket

• [] Continue work from Define product design goals for UX guide Part 1 and Outline product design goals for research practices Part 2
• Incorporate this work into the larger epic for this work: Updates to the architecture and content of the UX Guide #580
• Create sub-tasks/tickets to request new articles, resources, or blog posts to add to the updated design section from members of the design team in and outside of TLC
• Solicit feedback from and do workshops with the product design team to incorporate best-practices on projects
• Identify if and where guidance on these practices already exists at 18F—add them if they do, create them if they don't
