I see photos of recent hires on the Hub homepage

As an 18f employee, I want to see a photo of each new here so that identify them visually, so I should see a photo in the recent hires section of the Hub if available

Acceptance criteria
Given I am an 18f employee
When I view the Hub homepage
Then I should see a photo of each team member in the "Recent Hires" section
Or I should see a placeholder image if there is no photo here: https://18f.gsa.gov/team/

@nickbristow will reach out to @gboone to check on the naming convention going forward for new hires. We will just point to where we expect the image to be on 18f.gov and if it isn't there, show the placeholder image. Maybe a job until a good image is found?
