Short of @meiqimichelle coming up with a better idea (which she undoubtedly will), my thinking is that each of those stickies will be a page, which can then be grouped by the category, a la https://help.github.com/. If we can add search that works well, drill-down navigation to those pages becomes less important.

Sorry if I missed it but whenever you have a place where you'd like those pages to be created, I'm happy to go ahead and start getting my material in there.

Maybe the first step is to make a table of contents that links to the exists documents, then switching them over to pages as we go?
