Can someone put this on the homepage where the lightbulb currently is -- video + call to action with eventbrite link.

We need to get it on the site soon as they've already sent out invites and the Youtube video says "Register at 18f.gsa.gov"

Just the lightbulb. Was thinking we could include the video with a link/button below. Can shrink the col-md-8 on the intro text to 7 or 6.
