Сейчас внутри жарника есть много лишней требухи (открыть как зип архив и удивиться). JUnit, c# рантайм ANTLR и прочее.
Надо пройтись по зависимостям и сделать exlude лишнего.

Возможно часть этой работы надо сделать на стороне mdclasses/bsl-parser/sonar-плагина
