Problem

There are some problems with the LLM safety issue extraction. These are varied and so I wanted to keep a list.

report problem
2010_009 only very short summaries of the safety issues are listed. These are picked up as exact (which is correct), but in this case it might be better to have inferred safety issues.
2013_201 missing most of the safety issues as some of them use : and others use - as the seperator.
2011_005 it seeminly just says there are no issues. Quite odd as I haven't found any like that yet.
