Hi, I have a Mamba TE and it does show up in the menus but selecting any options for lighting has no effect on it. I also have the original Blackwidow Chroma and a Firefly and those seem to work fine. It is just the mouse that will not work.

I have the same issue. The Mamba TE shows in the devices list but it isn't working. I'm using macOS Catalina. Is there any kind of logs that I could upload to help?

I confirm this issue.
Light control is working great with BlackWidow Chroma.I would really like a luminosity control on Razer devices.
Shame on Razer support.

Same problem, can't control lighting of Razer Mamba Tournament Edition mouse.
