.env.template is missing

Hi, I see you are missing .env.template file
which is useful for other users to test this app locally and add required environment variables
i already created PR which has it with small code refactoring
if i am missing any .env variables do let me know i will update it, thanks.

How can we locally setup and run this? I went to Readme.md but it doesn't have the steps and I have no clue
