Weird flickering

I just tried the Filip demo but it's constantly flickering.

It's only in debug mode, not in release mode.
And I got the problem on a Pixel 2XL and a Samsung S8
I don't have the problem on a Pixel 2 and a Pixel 3

Interesting, I caught this issue last week on a Pixel 2. Similarly, I could only reproduce it in debug mode. I think we'll need to file this one up the chain with the Flutter team. It is interesting that this problem only manifests with this file. I had checked it for degenerate paths/points and couldn't find anything that should be causing this.
