tls/allowInsecure 选项不工作 #14

@2dust v2rayN面板上的选项 tls/allowInsecure 选了以后，并没有真正在 json 配置文件里设置streamSettings/tlsSettings，所以还是无法用tls传输，请大神改一下这个小 bug。多谢！

经过测试,正常生成

@2dust 又试了一下，还是不行，截图如下：

面板设置选了tls和allowInsecure=true:
edit server panel 2 32

保存以后，config.json里面并没有添加上 "allowInsecure" : true 这一项：
config json 2 32
