连接wifi时，可以正常测速以及科学上网，使用移动数据时测速，显示：net/http: TLS handshake timeout

我也遇到类似情况，不过我是移动数据、WiFi时可以测速，但是无法正常上网。
有时候我把设置里的 启动本地DNS 打开就好了，有时候又无效，不知道是什么原因，可能跟DNS有关吧
