Update to build against latest github.com/30x/authsdk #30

github.com/30x/authsdk was updated last night to allow you to configure the hostname of the auth API. It defaults to api.enterprise.apigee.com as it did before but you can now override the value using the AUTH_API_HOST environment variable. For us to deploy this to e2e properly, we need this code updated to pull the latest github.com/30x/authsdk and then the Docker image needs to be updated.
