Full-screen image view w/ zoom

When I open a post with an image and tap the image, nothing happens.
IIRC the original ADN Robin opened a full-screen view of the image, and allowed zooming and panning with gestures. It would be nice if this would be implemented some time, because photos have rather large resolutions nowadays and some details won't be seen in an inline view.
