ENCODE and IGVF would love this functionality. Allow all *seq datasets for a given sample (e.g. all TF ChIP-seqs, ATACs) to be stored/queried in one D4 file, likely with distinct P and S tables per track. Seemingly doable with the containerize format.

This is fixed in master and in the latest release
