Guys!

The project is really great, but could you possibly think of renaming it ?
"Guzz" in Bulgarian is a cynic word for "ass". More or less, it's like calling
the project "Google Cunt" or "Google whore" or smth.

Kindest Regards,
Krum.

Thank you.

This is the most unexpected issue. I check the dictionary, and "guzz" is not a
word at all, so I take it...

This is really a tough problem.

Hi guys,

Thanks for acknowledging this!

Yep, very strange and weird problem, I must agree. Who knows all different
languages, and whether or not a particular word would sound offensive, or
inappropriate....

But, after all, it's up to you. If the name remains the same, most probably
the only effect will be that this project will gain higher popularity
amongst bulgarian developers :) Everyone would be quite eager to share the
news to his friends - "Hey, did you check out this new Guzz project ?"

Kindest Regards,
Krum.

by the way,

@Krum

I don't think this is a google project. So there is no PR issues here. A
personal project can be called whatever.

Its good to know though that most Bulgarians are bored and are devs and haxors
so buy a bulgarian dictionary of dirty talk. ;) If you are going to name
anything :D

Yep, my mistake. The project probably has nothing to do with Google (except
for the name of the source code hosting site). Still, it sounds cynic :)

Please, do whatever you like with the name! I though that it was nice to
share that with you :)

(The same is happening with the JPedal framework (PDF support) which means
"JFaget" in Bulgarian....)

We won't rename the project, it's toooooooooooo hard.

We call guzz [guzi], not [gaiz], so it may not be a problem anymore. maybe.

guzi means and also sounds like "seed" or "corn" in Chinese, it is a good name:)
